Pale straw in colour with a vibrant green hue, this wine had a fine mousse. The nose was perfumed, with sherbet, lime & floral aromas. The palate was fresh and clean showing simple and lemony flavours with slightly creamy texture and soft acid finish.

Enjoy this as an Aperitif.

Cabernet Merlot

Vibrant purple-red in colour, this wine has dusty oak, plum, blackcurrant and vanilla aromas on the nose. It had a soft, mouth-filling palate of blackcurrant and red berry fruit with silky tannins and a moderate length finish.

Perfect with spaghetti bolognese.

Chardonnay

Medium yellow in colour with green tints, this wine had toasty oak character on the nose, showing aromas of peach, apricot and tropical fruit. Creamy oak character showed on the rockmelon & peach flavoured palate. Well integrated, this wine pulled its various parts together for a good finish.

Enjoy this with aromatic Asian dishes or Fish & Chips.

Pale straw-gold in colour. This wine had a floral, lifted nose of rose petal & spicy lychee aromas with some honey and lime notes. The plate was clean and fresh, sweet but in balance.

Perfect with Fast Food like KFC Fried Chicken.

There were attractive lifted red berry, cherry and spice anise aromas on the nose of this light crimson red colour wine. Sweet, fruit driven & refreshing acid on the palate made this a simple but pleasant and fresh light-bodied red.

Enjoy this with Beef Curry with Basmati Rice or Pizza.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

There were aromas of lemongrass, passionfruit and snow pea aromas on the nose of this pale yellow/green wine. Tropical fruit flavours sat on the palate with fine acids and a crisp, soft finish.

Perfect with Sushi or Asian.

Shiraz Cabernet

There were aromas of plums, red berry and spicy oak aromas on the nose of this purple with red crimson huse colour wine. This was a soft, sweet and approachable medium-bodied red wine, with lots of plums, raspberry and sweet oak cassis flavour. An attractive good value quaffer.

Enjoy this with Pasta, Red Meat or BBQ.

There were aromas of berry and sweet spicy oak aromas on the nose of this brick red colour wine. The McWilliam's Shiraz Merlot is a soft, sweet and medium bodied wine with abundant flavours of blackberry, plum and sweet vanillin oak on the plate with a fruit-driven finish.

Perfect with a spicy curry like Beef Vindaloo.
