Medium straw in colour with a fine continuous bead. The nose has lifted fruit characters with some slight 'toastiness'. This characteristic shows the benefits of blending both aged and young wines to give this consistent style. The palate is soft and full flavoured with a good 'mousse'.
An ideal aperitif and will compliment hors d’oeuvres, pate, eggs, vegetables, fish and smoked small goods.

Grapes used in the Jacob’s Creek Sparkling range have been sourced from both cool and warmer grape growing regions to ensure richness and depth of varietal fruit flavour and are all well known for producing quality sparkling wines. Our goal is to produce a wine of consistency and quality, in keeping with the Jacob’s Creek philosophy.
