In 1884 Thomas Hardy Nottage, joined Hardys Wines and thus began four generations of his family's contribution to the Hardy success. To this day, precious vines flourish on the hill that bears their name. Since their first release in 1967, Nottage Hill wines have become a favourite around the world, renowned for their consistency, approachable style and balance.
Cassis, plum and lifted eucalypt notes are layered with subtle oak and balanced by sweet, ripe blackberries resulting in a flavoursome and lingering palate. The Nottage Hill Cabernet Merlot is ideal when paired with Braised Chicken with Roasted Vegetables and Garlic. |
