Windy Peak wines are made at De Bortoli Dixon's Creek winery from carefully selected fruit grown in the Yarra Valley, King Valley and other regions. The wines are generous in flavour with fine grained texture, perfect for bringing out the best in food.
Vibrant straw in colour with green hues. This wine displays fresh grassy, slightly aromatic nose with some gooseberry characters. A vibrant palate with zesty flavours and good citrus characters. Light fresh and easy drinking. Try with fresh seafood - freshly shucked oysters or calamari salad. |
Fruit was sourced from a number of Victorian regions. The wine displays blueberry , plum and brambly fruits, fine integrated tannins, subtle oak and savoury, dry finish. A great companion to meat dishes, pasta or cheese. Well-matched to osso bucco, roast lamb and veal shanks. |
This multi-regional blend combines cool climate and warm climate fruit. This wine is blended to maximise complexity while maintaining delicacy and balance. This wine is a great match with grilled fish or chicken. |
