Rolling Wines are sourced from the Central Ranges region of NSW. The continual cool temperatures, coupled with intense sunlight, gives the fruit incredible colour and vibrant flavours.

Rolling Cabernet Merlot is bright red cherry. The aroma shows red berry and savoury characters with a touch of spice. The palate has a good textured structure from the cabernet sauvignon which is complimented with a rich mid palate and warm lingering finish from the merlot. Ideally suited to Beef bourguignon, lamb shanks. |
Rolling Chardonnay has peach and melon fruit aroma balanced with toasty and vanillin oak characters. The wine has a medium structure, good weight on the mid palate with refreshing white peach flavour and nice length. Enjoy this wine with anything! Especially good with Thai salads, grilled barramundi or pork rillettes. |
A delightful explosion of elegant sweet fruit with a rich creamy mousse. Flavours of apple, pear and honeydew melon, with cashew and cream, all combine to produce a complex rewarding palate. The palate finishes cleanly with lingering sweet fruit. Perfect as an aperitif, a good accompaniment to hors d’oevres and canapés. Also rich enough for seafood entrée, such as scallops or oysters. |

The aroma shows a hint of tropical fruit and lime flavour, with a hint of grassiness from the semillon. The palate is delicate but lively in structure, with good intensity on the mid palate and a crisp lingering finish. It shows excellent balance, with lovely primary fruit notes complemented by subtle acidity. A great aperitif. Also go brilliantly with antipasto, sushi or blue-eyed cod. |
Rolling Shiraz is medium red with a deep hue. The aroma shows classic red berry and plum notes backed up with subtle vanillin and chocolate characters and a touch of spice. The mid palate has good weight and softness and the soft berry characters carry through to the finish. Deliberately light on tannins or oak, the wine shows lovely balance and bright fruit flavours. Perfect with Tomato-based pasta sauces, roast lamb, venison. |
