Seaview Brut

A darker straw yellow in colour with a copper hue, this wine had candy fruit and strawberry-topping characters with notes of mushroom, baked apple and pencil shavings. Mushroom/earthy and toasty flavours showed on the palate with a fair acid structure but not much intensity.

Seaview Brut De Brut

Golden straw in colour with a fine bead, this wine had a developed, honeyed, toasty/nutty yeast character over ripe apple aromas. There was a creamy, toadty lees influence on the palate of red apples, finishing crisp, dry and clean.

Seaview Grande Cuvee

Mid-yellow in colour with copper tints, this wine had a fine bead. The nose had intense classic aromas of toasty/butter and honey nougat. The palate was more restrained than the nose, 'peaches-and-cream' and honey notes, on the slightly sweeter side, simple and fruity. An interesting wine of good value.

Tulloch Cuvee

The Cuvee is Tulloch's very popular sparkling white wine.

A unique blend of Semillon and Chardonnay this wine boasts a clean palate with our traditional fine mousse bead and crisp finish.
